More research is needed on Jainism in S.India (Jains of the north cannot be seen as the same of their brethren in the south ).With so much being known about Samanam, it is only the tip of an iceberg or only the top of the stone beds the Jains used.Awareness is needed ,as very little is being taught in schools or colleges. I wish more people will come to the fore to help bring out the facts and findings of Jain culture in Tamilnadu.This is a wonderful site, and sure to grow in strength.Kudos for your good work.
